Quality Checking

Quality checking is a good way to find out if a person’s support is good enough, or if it needs to be changed in any way.

Our team of quality checkers meet with people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people, who receive services. The quality checkers team ask how people feel about the support services they get. Our team is made up of people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people, family carers, alongside a development worker who supports the whole team.
